Coaching
Using the ProfileXT assessment as the foundation, we offer individual coaching sessions that measure the learning ability, behavioral traits and occupational interests of the person. We then match those innate talents and interests against our job library to identify appropriate job fits. This process is geared toward students, career changers and those interested in professional development. It is also helpful for organizations implementing or planning for succession.
Speaking
