Rebecca Matchette, president of bec, inc. has always been a teacher and advocate. As a tennis teacher working with children and teens, a community college instructor, a technical trainer teaching software skills or as a high performance facilitator/coach moving businesses to their highest levels, her passion has always been to make people better in their work and lives.
Ms. Matchette founded her training services practice in 1990 after 8 years in sales, training, and management positions within the corporate and education worlds. Business Education Consultants began as a consulting company offering training, curriculum development and technical writing services to information technology consulting firms.
In 2001, inspired by the thousands of students and organizations counseled as a
software application trainer/consultant, the emergence of change management as a preeminent
business strategy and the "Good to Great" and “First, Break All the Rules”,
business models, bec, inc. transformed into a human resource services company whose
mission is to match people to their right work. Using state-of-the-art online
assessments, high performance training and coaching, bec, inc. strives to enhance
business relationships by providing services that help all parties better understand
